First Friday Summer Beauty Paddles

Similar to our Beauty Walks, our Summer Beauty Paddles help to create and hold space for collective deep breaths in natural environments. We will meet monthly on Fridays over the summer to paddle, reflect, converse, and then return to our important work in the world. The paddles are 1-2 hours in length and are a space for the justice-minded to gather and be together on the water.

These gatherings are at no cost to the community, but Renewal will not provide group canoes. Please either bring your own canoe or kayak or rent canoes at low cost from the locations.

The following are the meeting locations for our Summer Beauty Paddles 2018:

Friday, May 4th, 10:30am: Royal River, Yarmouth. Canoe rentals are available from Yarmouth Community Services for $10. Please rent your canoe prior to our meet-up. We will meet at the boat launch behind the Yarmouth Historical Society, across from the Royal River Park. Bring your water bottle and a lunch or a snack.
